Our Covid - 19 Safety Protocol

In the light of the raging Covid -19 pandemic, we have instituted certain protocols to ensure your safety and everyone else concerned in the clinic as per national and international norms.

Please contact our office at (044) 28340060 for an appointment. One of the associate dentists will attend your call and provide you with the date and timing of your appointment.

On the day of your appointment these are the steps to be followed to assure a safe and seamless experience.

 

OUTSIDE THE CLINIC

1)Please maintain the appointment time given to you as this time has been set aside exclusively for you. Kindly brush your teeth just before you leave for the clinic.

2)Please call this number once you arrive and wait outside the clinic or in your car until you are called in. 

3)Kindly remove your shoes outside the clinic. You will be provided sterile foot covers.

4)We request patients to come alone or with a maximum of one attender (he/she will not be allowed inside the operatory).

5)We request you to wear a mask not to be removed until you are seated in the dental chair.

 

IN THE RECEPTION

1)Please sanitise your hands and wear the foot covers which will be provided

2)Please store your personal belongings, in the  bag provided to you. Please bring minimal belongings into the clinic

3)Your temperature will be checked at the reception with a non-contact thermometer.

(If your temperature is above normal, you may be requested to reschedule your appointment.)

4)You will be requested to fill and sign a  consent form.

5 )All the rooms in our clinic have been disinfected for your protection, however we suggest that you  avoid using the bathrooms unless absolutely necessary.

 

 INSIDE THE OPERATORY

1)Please remove the mask and store it in the bag given to you.

2)You will be requested to rinse your mouth with medicated mouthwash for 30  seconds

3)You are requested not to rinse in between procedures

 

AT THE END OF THE APPOINTMENT

1)Once the procedure is complete, you are requested to replace your mask

2)Please return to the reception where you will be given the prescription and the receipt

3)You are requested to use digital methods for payment as much as possible

4)Please remove the protective gear and dispose them in the designated bin
